- Email Automation (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mail Merge)
- Klaviyo Flow Setup (Welcome, Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Win-back)
- Email Segmentation & Targeting Logic
- A/B Testing (Subject lines, templates, CTAs, send times)
- Email Deliverability Management & Spam Compliance
- HTML/CSS for Email Template Editing
- Integration with eCommerce Platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce)
Campaign Management
- Develop, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns for multiple eCommerce clients.
- Create segmented mailing lists based on customer behavior, purchase history, and engagement.
- Develop automated workflows, drip campaigns, cart abandonment sequences, and post-purchase flows.
- Execute bulk mail campaigns using Mail Merge and other tools as required.
Content & Creative Coordination
- Coordinate with designers and content writers to create high-quality email templates.
- Ensure emails are mobile-responsive and optimized for maximum deliverability and conversions.
- A/B test subject lines, email layouts, CTAs, and send times.
Tools & Platform Expertise
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (preferred), Mailchimp, Mail Merge, HubSpot, or other email automation tools.
- Manage integration of email tools with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce , etc.
Performance Analysis
- Track, monitor, and report campaign performance (open rates, click rates, conversions, revenue).
- Optimize campaigns based on insights, benchmarks, and best practices.
- Maintain deliverability, list hygiene, bounce management, and spam compliance.
Client Communication
- Interact with clients to understand marketing goals and align email strategies accordingly.
- Present performance reports and optimization recommendations regularly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support omnichannel marketing strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, preferably for eCommerce brands.
- Strong knowledge of Klaviyo flows (welcome series, browse abandonment, cart abandonment, post-purchase, win-back).
- Experience with Mailchimp, Mail Merge, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of email best practices, spam regulations, segmentation strategies, and deliverability.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template editing (preferred)..
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of email metrics and reporting.
- Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
