We are excited to launch our Renal Care Division, focused on delivering innovative and patient-centric solutions to hospitals and dialysis centers across India. As part of our growth journey, we are looking for a dynamic Email Marketing Specialist who can drive outreach, engagement, and lead generation through strategic email campaigns.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns targeting pan-India hospitals and dialysis centers
• Develop engaging and impactful email content, newsletters, and promotional campaigns aligned with our renal care offerings
• Handle mass mailing campaigns, ensuring high deliverability, open rates, and engagement
• Manage follow-ups on email communications to nurture leads and maximize conversions
• Respond promptly and professionally to email replies, queries, and information requests
• Build, organize, and maintain a robust database of hospitals, nephrologists, dialysis centers, and healthcare stakeholders
• Generate and qualify leads through email campaigns and coordinate with the sales/business development team
• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and suggest improvements
• Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and data privacy norms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
