1. Email & WhatsApp Tools Management

  • Maintain a fair understanding of email and WhatsApp marketing tools, including their integration with CRM systems and automation workflows, to ensure seamless lead communication and tracking.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize automated workflows for email and WhatsApp campaigns.

2. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement an integrated lead management and communication strategy across email, WhatsApp, and calling workflows.
  • Align messaging and follow-up cadence with business and sales objectives.

3. Lead Management & Segmentation

  • Manage and maintain lead databases within CRM systems.
  • Segment leads based on behaviour, engagement level, source, and funnel stage.
  • Assign and track leads for timely WhatsApp and call-based follow-ups.

4. Email, WhatsApp & Calling Campaigns

  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns including promotional, transactional, and nurture flows.
  • Design and manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns for lead engagement, reminders, offers, and updates.
  • Coordinate outbound and inbound calling activities for lead follow-ups and qualification.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across email, WhatsApp, and calls.

5. Content Creation & Messaging

  • Write compelling, conversion-oriented copy for emails, WhatsApp messages, and call scripts.
  • Create engaging newsletters, drip sequences, and follow-up templates.
  • Customize communication based on lead intent and customer journey stage.

6. Automation & Workflow Management

  • Set up automated email and WhatsApp workflows triggered by user actions.
  • Integrate calling schedules and reminders within CRM tools.
  • Ensure seamless handover of qualified leads to the sales team.

7. Optimization & A/B Testing

  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, message formats, CTAs, and follow-up timing.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve open rates, response rates, call connect ratios, and conversions.

8. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics such as email open rates, CTR, WhatsApp response rates, call outcomes, and lead conversions.
  • Prepare detailed reports with insights and improvement recommendations.

9. Collaboration & Compliance

  • Work closely with sales, design, and content teams to ensure unified communication.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection laws, WhatsApp messaging policies, and opt-in guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
