Email Marketing Executive

We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and conversions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, audience segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
• Manage email platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Create and manage audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize accordingly.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and layouts.
• Ensure emails are optimized for deliverability and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging email creatives.
• Maintain and grow email lists while ensuring data accuracy and hygiene.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.
• Strong understanding of email automation, segmentation, and personalization.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce or B2C marketing.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and integrations.
• Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, or broader digital marketing is a plus.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
