Overview
We are looking for a data-driven and creative Email Marketing Expert to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing email campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue through strategic email marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities-
Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns (promotional, lifecycle, retention, and transactional)

Develop and manage email automation flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.)

Segment audiences based on behavior, demographics, and lifecycle stage

Write compelling email copy and collaborate with designers for high-converting creatives

Optimize campaigns through A/B testing (subject lines, creatives, CTAs, timing)

Monitor and analyze KPIs such as open rates, CTR, conversion rate, and revenue per email

Ensure email deliverability and maintain list hygiene (bounce handling, spam compliance)

Integrate email marketing with other channels (SMS, paid ads, CRM)

Maintain compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regulations
RequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications-
Proven experience in email marketing (preferably eCommerce or DTC brands)

Hands-on experience with tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Hub-spot

Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and retention marketing

Experience with email automation and segmentation strategies

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization

Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions

Excellent copy writing and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications-
Experience with A/B testing and CRO strategies

Familiarity with CRM systems and customer data platforms

Experience in SMS marketing platforms
