We are a U.S.-based Construction Estimation and Takeoff Services company helping general contractors, subcontractors, and builders save time and cost by providing accurate material takeoffs and bid support. We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing & Lead Generation Expert to scale our outreach campaigns and generate qualified contractor leads in the U.S. market.

Position Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and executing data-driven email campaigns that generate leads from U.S. construction professionals (GCs, remodelers, subcontractors, home builders, etc.). You’ll manage end-to-end outreach operations, including prospect scraping, data enrichment, segmentation, and email automation using tools like Instantly, Apollo.io, and ZoomInfo.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Research & Data Enrichment
  • Scrape and build targeted lead lists from sources such as LinkedIn, construction directories, bid platforms, and company websites.
  • Enrich and verify data (emails, company info, roles, etc.) using Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Clay, or similar platforms.
  • Segment leads by trade, company size, and location (U.S. contractors, estimators, builders, remodelers).
  • Email Marketing & Automation
  • Create and manage cold email campaigns using Instantly or similar tools.
  • Write and test personalized email sequences to maximize open and reply rates.
  • Set up proper email warm-up, domain rotation, and deliverability practices.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance through analytics and A/B testing.
  • Sales Pipeline & Reporting
  • Track and manage responses, follow-ups, and booked calls through CRM or spreadsheets.
  • Analyze campaign metrics (open rates, reply rates, positive replies, booked meetings).
  • Report weekly results and propose improvements for higher conversion.
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align outreach messaging with target audience needs.
  • Suggest new lead sources, automation tools, and strategies to improve campaign efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B email marketing and lead generation, preferably for U.S.-based service businesses.
  • Strong knowledge of construction or estimation industry targeting (GCs, subcontractors, estimators).
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Instantly.ai, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or similar tools.
  • Email deliverability tools (Mailwarm, NeverBounce, Instantly Inbox).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in lead generation for construction, estimation, or architectural services.
  • Familiarity with U.S. construction industry workflows and contractor decision-making.
  • Experience running multi-channel outreach (Email + LinkedIn).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
