Seeking an experienced Email Marketing Lead to drive email marketing strategy, manage campaigns, and deliver measurable growth results.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute email marketing strategies that drive engagement and revenue
• List Management: Build subscriber lists, create targeted segments, and ensure compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
• Content Creation: Write compelling email copy and collaborate on template design
• Performance Analytics: Monitor metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions), generate reports, and optimize campaigns
• Platform Management: Manage email tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo), ensure deliverability
• Automation: Create drip campaigns, welcome sequences, and lead nurturing workflows

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 4-5 years in email marketing with proven campaign success
• Technical Skills: Proficient in email platforms, HTML/CSS, CRM integration, A/B testing
• Analytics: Strong data analysis skills, Google Analytics knowledge
• Communication: Excellent copywriting and project management abilities
• Compliance: Understanding of email deliverability and spam regulations

Preferred Qualifications
