About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and creative Email Marketing Executive who is passionate about driving engagement, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. We manage a portfolio of established eCommerce brands across the USA and Canada, serving customers in trade show displays, printing, and custom-branded merchandise. Our audiences range from long-standing B2B accounts to new buyers, and our marketing must adapt across multiple industries, platforms, and buying cycles.The Email Marketing Manager will own strategy and execution for all brands.The role covers lifecycle design, campaign planning, deliverability, and reporting, with hands-on work in Klaviyo (or a similar ESP) and close collaboration with design, content, SEO, development, and operations teams.
What You’ll Do
● Build brand-specific email strategies for the USA and Canada; Segregate by market,industry, purchase history, behaviour, and Events.
● Design automated mail replies (welcome, browse/abandon cart, post-purchase,win-back Old Customers, renewal) and maintain an always-on testing plan.
● Plan and execute weekly/monthly campaign calendars aligned to launches, promotions,and seasonality; write and refine subject lines, CTAs, and content for performance.
● Ensure reliable integrations with Shopify, Magento, WordPress, and CRM tools; maintaintracking consistency across GA4 and dashboards.
● Safeguard deliverability through list hygiene, preference management, senderauthentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), and warming plans.
● Run disciplined A/B and multivariate tests (offers, cadence, creative, timing) and scalewinners.
● Report weekly on open rate, CTR, conversion rate, revenue per send, list growth andhealth, unsubscribe/spam, and contribution to pipeline/LTV; recommend clear next steps.
● Partner with designers and developers to ship accessible, modular templates andprovide clean, developer-ready handoffs when needed.
● Advise on audience expansion and suppression strategies; uphold compliance with CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR where applicable.
What We’re Looking For
● 4+ years of experience in email marketing, lead generation, or client outreach.
● Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo.io, Instantly, Klaviyo, or similar.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills comfortable talking to clients andprospects.
● Experience with cold calling, client handling, and follow-up communication.
● Good understanding of email marketing strategies, automation, and list segmentation.
● Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
