Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation & Email Marketing Expert to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and collecting potential leads and executing targeted email campaigns to convert them into clients. This role requires strong research, communication, and technical skills to manage the complete lead generation and email outreach process.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and extract potential leads through LinkedIn, Google, directories, and other online platforms.
• Build and maintain accurate lead databases.
• Create, segment, and manage email lists for targeted campaigns.
• Write and send personalized cold emails and follow-ups to prospects.
• Design and test email templates for better engagement and response rates.
• Track campaign performance, analyze metrics (open rate, CTR, replies), and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation and outreach efforts.
• Stay updated with lead generation tools, email marketing platforms, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in lead generation and email marketing.
• Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
• Strong research skills to identify quality leads.
• Understanding of email deliverability, spam filters, and GDPR/anti-spam regulations.
• Good writing skills for email copy and subject lines.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities.

Preferred Skills (Plus Points)

• Knowledge of sales funnels and cold outreach strategies.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for customizing email templates.
