Email Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns that engage our audience and drive results.

Write and edit clear, compelling email content in English.

Segment audiences and personalize campaigns to maximize open and click-through rates.

Monitor performance metrics (deliverability, open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.

Stay updated on best practices, trends, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

Requirements

Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist/Executive or similar role.

Strong English writing and communication skills.

Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue, HubSpot, or similar).

Understanding of email analytics and performance tracking.

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting (a plus but not mandatory).

Creative thinker with attention to detail.
