Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist responsible for lead generation and to plan, execute, and optimize our email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for creating compelling email content, managing subscriber lists, and analyzing campaign performance to continuously improve email effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute email marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.

Create and manage email campaigns (newsletters, drip campaigns, promotional blasts, etc.) from concept to execution.

Use email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.) to build and deploy campaigns.

Segment and manage email lists to ensure targeted and personalized communication.

Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (open rate, CTR, bounce rate, unsubscribe rate, etc.).

Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).

Implement automation workflows for lead nurturing, onboarding, and customer retention.

Analyze customer behavior and engagement to improve campaign targeting and effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1–5 years of hands-on experience in email marketing.

Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.).

Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and automation.

Knowledge of email best practices and regulatory compliance.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Excel.

Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer journey mapping is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in [industry-specific] email marketing (e.g., e-commerce, SaaS, B2B, etc.).

Understanding of SEO and content marketing as it relates to email campaigns.
