Email Marketing Specialist

Timing 8:00 PM to 5:00AM (Mon to Friday)

We’re passionate about building strong relationships with our customers through engaging and data-driven marketing campaigns. We are looking for a creative and analytical Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us craft impactful email strategies that drive conversions, retention, and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, or company updates.
• Create engaging email content, subject lines, and calls to action that align with brand tone and strategy.
• Manage subscriber lists, segmentation, and personalization to improve open and click-through rates.
• Set up automated email sequences, such as welcome flows, abandoned cart reminders, and post-purchase follow-ups.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B testing to identify high-performing email designs, content, and delivery times.
• Ensure email campaigns comply with data protection and anti-spam laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
• Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Proficiency with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Active Campaign, or similar.
• Strong understanding of email analytics, segmentation, and automation workflows.
• Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
