Email Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize our email campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of email marketing strategies, automation tools, and audience segmentation to drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
• Write compelling subject lines, copy, and CTAs that increase open and click rates.
• Design visually appealing email templates using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or SendinBlue.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign analytics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and prepare performance reports.
• Manage and segment subscriber lists for personalized targeting.
• Ensure all emails comply with data protection laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align messaging and goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, etc.).
• Strong copywriting and analytical skills.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
