Email Marketing Specialist

Bukhari HR Consultancy is hiring for one of its technology clients, specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Cloud Transformation, and Full Stack development.

We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns targeting global audiences. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in email marketing strategies, automation tools, and campaign performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for lead generation and customer engagement
• Create compelling email content, subject lines, and campaign strategies
• Manage and segment email databases for targeted outreach
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions)
• Optimize campaigns through A/B testing and performance insights
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in email marketing or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of email automation, segmentation, and analytics
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
