Email Marketing Specialist - B2B

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist (B2B) to join our team. In this role, you will design, execute, and optimize email campaigns that engage our audience and drive measurable results. With your prior experience and knowledge of email marketing tools, you’ll play a key role in crafting effective communication strategies and ensuring their success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns, including promotional emails and lifecycle campaigns.
• Use email marketing tools (e.g., Active Campaign, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to set up and automate campaigns.
• Write engaging email copies, design layouts, and ensure visuals align with brand guidelines.
• Segment email lists based on customer behavior, preferences, and demographics for targeted campaigns.
• Build email lists using different tools and methods.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and designs to improve open and click-through rates.
• Build advanced workflows and nurture sequences to personalize and automate email responses.
• Monitor email campaign performance and prepare detailed reports on key metrics (e.g., open rates, CTR, conversions).
• Ensure compliance with email marketing laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging across campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance campaign performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in email marketing or B2B outreach.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot).
• Strong understanding of email best practices, deliverability, and list management.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics to track performance.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
