Email Marketing Specialist - DTC Brand

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our innovative marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement across multiple channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and techniques in a fast-paced environment, supporting the growth of our e-commerce platform and digital presence. The Marketing Specialist will leverage skills in SEO, content creation, paid advertising, and analytics to optimize campaigns and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing channels.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO using tools like Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other SEO best practices.
  • Manage and update the company’s website using WordPress, ensuring content is current, engaging, and optimized for search engines.
  • Design compelling graphics and visual content utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and other graphic design tools.
  • Monitor campaign performance through analytics platforms such as Google Analytics; analyze data to refine strategies for improved ROI.
  • Execute A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns to maximize effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends related to digital marketing, e-commerce, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
  • Assist in managing social media accounts by creating engaging posts and responding to audience interactions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, Email marketing, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and related web development tools.
  • Demonstrated ability in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and strategies is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with keyword research tools and techniques for search engine optimization.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
