Job Summary:
As an Emiratization Lead (UAE National), you will be responsible for driving and managing the organization’s Emiratization strategy in alignment with UAE labor regulations and national workforce development objectives. In this role, you will focus on attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining Emirati talent while ensuring compliance with government initiatives and building strong partnerships with relevant stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
Emiratization Strategy & Workforce Planning
Develop and execute the company’s Emiratization strategy aligned with business objectives and UAE government mandates.
Drive Emiratization hiring plans and workforce targets across all business divisions.
Partner with department heads to identify opportunities for Emirati talent placement and career progression.
Monitor workforce composition and ensure achievement of Emiratization quotas and targets.
Recommend initiatives to strengthen the company’s employer brand among UAE Nationals.
Talent Acquisition & Government Relations
Lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives for UAE Nationals across corporate, retail, and operational roles.
Build strong talent pipelines through career fairs, university partnerships, job portals, and government platforms.
Manage relationships with key government entities such as MOHRE, Nafis, and other Emiratization-related bodies.
Ensure all hiring activities are aligned with UAE labor laws and Emiratization regulations.
Represent the company in Emiratization forums, networking events, and talent development initiatives.
Employee Development & Engagement
Design onboarding and integration programs tailored for UAE National employees.
Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to create career development pathways, training plans, and succession pipelines for Emirati employees.
Support performance management and career progression initiatives for UAE talent.
Drive engagement programs to enhance retention, employee satisfaction, and long-term commitment.
Address employee concerns and provide support to ensure a positive employee experience.
Compliance & Reporting
Track and monitor Emiratization progress, metrics, and compliance requirements.
Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and updates on Emiratization KPIs for senior management.
Ensure accurate documentation and submission of required reports to government entities.
Stay updated on UAE labor law changes, Emiratization policies, and new government initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Emiratization-focused roles.
Must be a UAE National (Family Book required).
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, Emiratization policies, and government programs.
Experience in stakeholder management and government liaison.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
