Responsibilities:
- Working with our existing clients, maintain communications and service while continuing to grow the relationship.

- Assist prospective clients to evaluate and implement risk management programs with individual and group benefits.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products.

Experience/Skills:
- Previous experience in individual insurance or group benefits.

- Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service.

- Anticipate and assist clients with challenges before they rise to critical levels.

- Have a consultative approach to business relationships focusing on the best interest of the client at all times.

- A background in Human Resources a PLUS

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Insurance or Group Benefit Sales: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Life & Health Insurance License (Preferred)
