Employee Relation Executive

This role is all about developing the Employee Relations practices and people strategy in Collabera and developing deep subject matter expertise to address employment and employee relations issues more broadly.

What You’ll Do

As an Employee Relations , you’ll be the vital link between our consultants and the Collabera experience. You will play a key role in enhancing consultant satisfaction, addressing complex employee matters, and driving retention while identifying growth opportunities through referrals and redeployment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with business consultants across the U.S.
• Acting as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations issues including business conduct, terminations, restructuring, and HR policies.
• Evaluating and reviewing employment decisions to resolve employee concerns effectively and fairly.
• Designing and implementing data-driven ER models and trending analysis to influence decisions and improve consultant experiences.
• Generating new business opportunities through consultant referrals and redeployment.
• Handling a caseload of high-complexity ER matters and internal investigations.
• Collaborating with service delivery managers to strengthen consultant retention and engagement.
