Employee Relations & Engagement Specialist
 
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
 
Key Responsibilities :
 
  Receive, investigate, and document employee incident reports across all brands.
  Recommend and administer disciplinary actions in alignment with company policy and UAE labor law.
  Provide guidance to managers on handling employee misconduct, grievances, and performance issues.
  Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, ensuring concerns are addressed fairly, promptly, and confidentially.
  Investigate and resolve workplace conflicts, complaints, and disciplinary matters in line with UAE labor law and company policies.
  Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations matters, ensuring consistent and legally compliant practices.
  Support policy interpretation, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
  Maintain accurate and confidential ER documentation, case logs, disciplinary outcomes and reports.
  Conduct probationary performance reviews in collaboration with operations managers to ensure new employees meet role expectations.
  Organize and conduct end-of-contract renewal interviews, providing recommendations on renewal, non-renewal, or progression.
  Track and manage timelines for probationary periods and contract renewals to ensure compliance with internal policies and labor law.
 
Qualifications/Requirements:
 
  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  3 5 years of HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations, disciplinary procedures, or HR operations.
  Experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality industries in the UAE is preferred.
  Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, disciplinary frameworks, and HR best practices
