The Opportunity
As part of the India Employee Relations team, the Employee Relations Manager will be a key member of our newly developed Employee Relations Centre of Excellence in India. You will serve as a trusted partner to leaders, HR, and employees—providing guidance across performance management, investigations, accommodations, and compliance matters. This role is central to creating a fair, consistent, and positive workplace experience.

You Are Great At
- Coaching leaders on performance management and providing structured documentation support.
- Managing sensitive and complex workplace issues with neutrality and professionalism.
- Supporting and conducting investigations to ensure fair and consistent outcomes.
- Mediating conflicts to reduce workplace friction and strengthen collaboration.
- Partnering with HR Shared Services, Benefits, and Legal to resolve complex leave and compliance cases.
- Analyzing ER data, identifying trends, and recommending workplace improvements.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR experience.
- 8+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on Employee Relations.
- Solid knowledge of India Employment Law; familiarity with Canada or Philippines law is a plus.
- Proven ability to investigate and resolve sensitive issues objectively.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- High level of integrity, ethics, and confidentiality in all matters.
- SHRM-SCP or equivalent certification preferred.
