Key Responsibilities

  • Handle employee grievances, investigations, and disciplinary cases.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and Qatar Labour Law.
  • Support managers and employees on ER-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR/Employee Relations.
  • Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law.
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
