Employee Relations Officer

  • Manage employee relations in line with Qatar labor law and company policies
  • Handle onboarding, probation tracking, and confirmation/regularization processes
  • Manage time and attendance system and reporting
  • Administer employee leave management
  • Handle employee grievances and support resolution of workplace issues
  • Process End of Service (EOS) settlements and offboarding procedures
  • Maintain accurate HR records in SAP and/or Oracle HR systems
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and smooth HR operations

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of HR / employee relations experience
  • Strong knowledge of Qatar labor law and HR practices
  • Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors and/or Oracle HRMS
  • Strong communication, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills
