Job Scope
Oversee all aspects of employee relations and human resources operations within a structured, compliance-driven environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of UAE Labour Law, extensive experience in managing employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and terminations, and solid familiarity with Emiratization regulations and reporting.
This role requires a proactive, fair, and solutions-oriented HR professional capable of balancing people management with legal compliance and organizational integrity.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, ensuring prompt, fair, and legally compliant resolution of workplace issues, conflicts, and grievances.

Provide expert guidance to management and employees on UAE Labour Law, including disciplinary action, warning procedures, investigations, and termination obligations.

Manage and document termination cases (voluntary, involuntary, redundancy, or performance-based) in full compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policy.

Support the creation, implementation, and continuous review of HR policies, employee handbooks, and code of conduct to ensure consistency and compliance.

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR documentation, contracts, and HRMS data meet MOHRE and internal audit standards.

Oversee Emiratization initiatives, ensuring compliance with Tawteen and MOHRE reporting requirements, and track KPIs related to hiring, training, and retention of UAE Nationals.

Collaborate with department heads to identify manpower needs across various business units (retail, drivers, field staff, etc.) while ensuring compliance with labor-quota regulations.

Support employee engagement, development, and performance management processes that reinforce accountability and fair evaluation.

Prepare HR reports, assist in internal and external audits, and represent HR during inspections or labor-office communications when required.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

CIPD or SHRM certification preferred.

5–7 years of HR Generalist experience in the UAE (experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred).

In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and Emiratization frameworks.

Experience working across multi-entity or group structures.

Proficiency in HRMS systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc.).

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
