Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Employee Branding Executive to enhance our employer brand and strengthen our employee value proposition. This role requires a unique blend of marketing expertise to develop compelling brand messaging and visual content that resonates with current and prospective employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employer Branding Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy that aligns with the company’s vision, mission, and values
  • Content Creation: Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, company websites, and recruitment materials, highlighting the company culture and employee experiences
  • Design Development: Utilize design skills to produce visually appealing graphics, presentations, and videos that promote the employer brand across multiple channels
  • Internal Communication: Collaborate with HR and internal teams to design and implement effective internal communication strategies that foster a strong sense of belonging and engagement among employees
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor positioning, using insights to inform branding strategies
  • Employee Advocacy: Develop and manage employee advocacy programs that encourage employees to share their positive experiences and promote the company as a great place to work
  • Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment, marketing, and communications teams to ensure a consistent brand message across all platforms

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Design, or a related field
  • Atleast 2+ years of experience in employer branding, marketing, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva) and video editing tools would be a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in using metrics to drive decision-making
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for fostering a positive work culture and enhancing employee experiences
