Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our Management Trainee Officer (MTO) program at PriceOye. The MTO program is designed to provide recent graduates or young professionals with an immersive learning experience in various departments of our organization. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop essential skills, and build a solid foundation for a successful career in the tech industry.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in an intensive training program to gain an understanding of PriceOye's business operations, processes, and industry dynamics.
• Support the marketing team in planning and executing performance marketing campaigns, monitoring key metrics, and optimizing ad performance to achieve strong ROI.
• Manage and grow PriceOye’s social media presence by creating engaging content, monitoring audience engagement, and aligning digital communication with brand strategy.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to PriceOye’s business.
• Assist senior team members in executing day-to-day tasks, projects, and initiatives to gain practical experience and develop a deep understanding of the department's operations.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to learning and professional growth by actively seeking feedback and proactively engaging in self-development opportunities.
• Contribute to a positive team culture by fostering collaboration, open communication, and a shared commitment to excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration having specialization in Marketing. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with team members at all levels of the organization.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Passion for technology, e-commerce, and consumer products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
