Silver Bridge Financial Services is seeking a Part-Time Employer Services Administrator to support the administration of employer-sponsored retirement plans, specifically 401(k) plans.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative team environment but can also work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with recordkeeping companies and third-party administrators to service existing retirement plan clients
  • Assist with new plan setup and ongoing account maintenance
  • Process account maintenance forms and participant transactions, including exchanges, distributions, and loan requests
  • Provide customer service and sales support to current and prospective clients
  • Support the lead advisor/planner as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or associate’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Prior experience with 401(k) or other ERISA plan administration strongly preferred
  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new recordkeeping systems quickly (within 3 months)
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
  • Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively while managing tasks independently
  • Successful completion of pre-employment requirements (background, credit, and drug screening, plus references)
  • Chinese language proficiency is a strong plus
