Position Summary

The ideal attorney will have at least two (2) years of litigation experience and excellent writing skills. You will be responsible for a limited number of cases and have direct hands-on experience drafting pleadings, motions and discovery, and handling various legal proceedings such as depositions, mediations, and representing clients in court. Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Strong writing and legal drafting skills
• Proficient in legal research using Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Experience in employment law preferred
• Familiarity with legal administrative tasks and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
