A prestigious global law firm with a reputation for legal excellence is seeking a top-tier Litigation Attorney to join its Employment Group. Based in California with a hybrid work model available in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Palo Alto, or San Diego, this opportunity offers a competitive salary ranging from $200,000 to $250,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

The firm is looking for the best of the best — highly motivated attorneys with exceptional analytical ability, refined communication skills, and a track record of litigation success. In this role, you’ll manage sophisticated wage and hour class actions and other complex employment matters for Fortune 500 clients and leading employers across California.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, drafting motions, and handling hearings.
  • Conduct legal research and draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Provide advice and counseling on employment law compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Draft employment and severance agreements, workplace policies, and employee handbooks.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and clients to deliver high-quality legal solutions.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active Bar License in California (required).
  • Minimum 3 years of labor and employment litigation experience.
  • Strong background in wage and hour class, collective, and representative actions.
  • Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage complex cases and deadlines with precision and professionalism.

Compensation & Benefits
