• Design and implement customized EMS workout plans based on individual client needs and goals
• Conduct initial consultations and assessments to determine clients fitness levels and goals
• Monitor clients progress and adjust workout plans as needed
• Provide ongoing support and motivation to help clients achieve their goals
• Maintain accurate records of clients progress and ensure that all data is entered into the appropriate systems
• Maintain a clean and safe workout environment, including equipment maintenance and cleaning
• Ensure that all clients are properly trained in the safe use of EMS equipment
• Stay up-to-date with the latest EMS training techniques and trends, and continuously improve your skills and knowledge
• Participate in promotional events and marketing activities to attract new clients

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an EMS Fitness Personal Trainer
• Certification in EMS training and/or personal training (ACE, NASM, ISSA or equivalent)
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to design and implement customized workout plans based on individual client needs and goals
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• High level of physical fitness and strength
• Passion for health and fitness, and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
