In this varied role, you ll provide 1st and 2nd line support to colleagues across desktop, laptop, and mobile devices, managing requests via chat, email, phone, and face-to-face. You ll also support AV and video conferencing, handle onboarding and offboarding, and work closely with teams in London and Sydney to maintain our high service standards.

What you ll bring:
