Role Purpose


The Engagement Executive will be responsible for designing, executing, and sustaining employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture at Tapal. This role focuses on enhancing employee connection, motivation, and belonging by implementing meaningful engagement programs, driving internal communication efforts, and ensuring the successful execution of organization-wide engagement and recognition activities.


Key Responsibilities


1. Employee Engagement Strategy & Implementation

  • Develop the annual employee engagement plan aligned with Tapal’s business objectives and cultural values.
  • Design and execute engagement activities and events to enhance employee involvement, morale, and team spirit.
  • Plan and implement customized engagement initiatives tailored to departmental and employee needs.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure consistent engagement across all employee touchpoints.

2. Culture & Communication

  • Communicate and embed Tapal’s organizational values in all engagement activities to strengthen the company culture.
  • Ensure timely and creative posting of engagement activities, workshops, and milestones on Tapal’s LinkedIn page to promote Tapal’s employer brand and culture.
  • Support the design and dissemination of communication materials related to corporate events, awards, and recognition programs.

3. Surveys, Insights & Action Planning

  • Conduct and evaluate Employee Engagement Surveys to gauge employee sentiment and organizational culture.
  • Support the Manager Talent, Culture & Learning in conducting focus groups to gather qualitative insights from survey results.
  • Assist in formulating action plans and tracking progress on engagement insights to ensure continuous improvement.

4. Rewards, Recognition & Corporate Events

  • Support the implementation and execution of Rewards and Recognition (R&R) initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth coordination and creative execution of corporate events including Town Halls, Corporate Awards, and key celebrations to foster belonging and alignment.
  • Coordinate logistics, design concepts, and employee communication for company-wide events.

5. Internship & Early Talent Programs

  • Lead the Summer Internship Program end-to-end — from branding, recruitment, and onboarding to learning experience and final evaluation.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for interns, ensuring a meaningful learning experience and strong employer brand perception.
  • Introduce mentorship and counselling touchpoints for interns and new hires to promote career development and cultural assimilation.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation

  • Propose and execute initiatives to encourage cross-functional team collaboration and bonding.
  • Introduce creative engagement formats such as learning circles, coffee connect sessions, and culture weeks.
  • Continuously explore innovative engagement ideas to elevate employee experience and retention.


Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in Employee Engagement or related HR roles.
