Key Responsibilities:

✅ Plan, organize, and manage internal & external training programs, including scheduling, logistics, communication, pre/post requirements, and maintaining training records

✅ Coordinate and facilitate the Annual Performance Appraisal process

✅ Design and circulate quarterly engagement surveys to assess employee feedback

✅ Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive culture

Qualification & Requirements:

  • MBA / MPA in Human Resources
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development
