We are looking for a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist with proven experience in B2B international sales, client outreach, and lead generation through LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of tech services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate, nurture, and convert leads independently. This role demands ownership, strategic thinking, and consistency in achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, connect, and engage with potential clients through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, InMail, and organic outreach.
  • Generate quality leads for Web & Mobile App Development, Custom Software Development, and SaaS services.
  • Develop and implement LinkedIn sales strategies to build strong client pipelines and close deals.
  • Maintain regular communication with prospects and convert qualified leads into long-term clients.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to support front sales strategies and maximize conversions.
  • Understand and present technical concepts related to web, mobile, CRM, and SaaS products clearly to clients.
  • Create persuasive proposals, pitch decks, and sales materials tailored to client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, pipeline, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and lead generation targets.

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in LinkedIn B2B sales and lead generation (preferably for international clients).
  • Strong understanding of tech services, including web app, mobile app, and software development.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and outreach automation platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong grasp of sales funnels, client engagement, and conversion strategies.
  • Ability to work independently, meet KPIs, and deliver consistent results.
  • Strategic mindset with problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
