ENGINEER COST AND PLANNING
Doha, Qatar
- BSc in Engineering (Masters preferred), MMUP Grade A, PMP, CCP.
- 15+ years of experience in cost estimation & project planning.
- Must be proficient in Primavera P6.
- Expertise in stakeholder management for government permits.
- Prepare cost estimations, execution strategies, and budget analyses.
- Develop tender documents, technical specifications, and conduct bid evaluations.
- Analyze cash flow and prepare detailed budget reports.
- Manage project scheduling using Primavera P6.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain necessary building approvals and permits.
- Ensure compliance with Kahramaa’s and international standards.
