Job Title: Engineer (Extrusion / Process / Continuous Improvement)

Location: Landhi Industrial Area, Karachi. (Only candidates residing nearby preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage operations on slitting and extrusion machines.
• Coordinate production, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities.
• Prepare and maintain production and performance reports.
• Lead and manage machine operators and support staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.E.) in Engineering (Polymer, Industrial, or related field preferred).

Required Experience

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in production, process engineering, extrusion, or continuous improvement.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and machine operations.
• Effective team management and coordination abilities.
• Strong report writing and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Other Requirements

• Age below 27 years.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
