</li><li>10+ years in fire systems operation/maintenance.
</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit; ERP experience.
</li><li>ISO certifications (QMS/ISMS/BCMS) are preferred.
</li><li>Prepare and review designs, drawings, and specifications for a comprehensive range of fire protection and firefighting systems. These include: Fire alarm and detection systems, Deluge and water spray systems, Sprinkler systems, Water mist systems, clean agent (FM200) systems, Fire extinguisher systems, Transformer explosion prevention systems, Fire pumps and controllers, Passive fire protection.
</li><li>Conduct site investigations and preliminary studies to assess project technical requirements and feasibility.
</li><li>Establish and maintain documented procedures to control and verify designs produced by contractors and consultants.</li></ul></div>
