Job description:

Industry Focus : Consultancy services in the Building and Large Infrastructure sectors

Preference : Candidates with experience in the KSA market / Consultancy Business

Preferred Education : Bachelor’s in civil engineering or any relevant (additional qualification in project management & Contracting / Law)

• 6 to 8 years of experience in tendering and proposal preparation, primarily in the building and large infrastructure sectors
•  strong English communication skills / Fluent in English
• In-depth understanding of contract structures, risk allocation, and commercial terms—particularly within the GCC region
• Familiarity with standard contract forms such as FIDIC, especially in consultancy and construction projects
• Strong technical writing, editing, and proof-reading skills for high-quality proposal documentation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust and influence at senior levels
• Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
• Commercially astute with a strategic, solution-oriented mindset
• Highly organized, capable of multi-tasking, and able to work under pressure
• Creative in presenting information and addressing client-specific challenges
• Self-motivated and a collaborative team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Committed to excellence, takes ownership of deliverables, and strives for best-in-class quality
