We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Engineering Coordinator to support our engineering team in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination between engineering, procurement, and project management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate engineering activities across departments to ensure project milestones are met
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, and technical records
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to track deliverables and resolve issues
  • Assist in preparing technical reports, drawings, and documentation for client submissions
  • Monitor compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality procedures
  • Support procurement processes by tracking material submittals and approvals
  • Organize and facilitate engineering meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role within an engineering or technical environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with project management tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural team environment
