Engineering Coordinator

  • Lead Helpdesk operations using complaint management software and preventive maintenance monitoring.
  • Monitor complaints, service requests, work orders and escalate urgent issues to relevant departments.
  • Prepare dashboards and reports for complaints, preventive maintenance, KPIs and operational performance for higher management.
  • Coordinate with fit-out teams, leasing teams, tenants, and operational departments regarding technical and operational matters.
  • Coordinate with finance for utility bills, invoices, and related documentation processing.
  • Arrange and coordinate technical trainings, audits, inspections, meetings, and site visits for technical teams.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support including employee activities, approvals, documentation, and engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain effective communication and coordination between management, tenants, technical teams, finance, and other departments.
  • Analyze CMMS data and generate performance reports to support operational decision-making and service improvement initiatives.
  • Support technical evaluation and coordination for tenant onboarding, fit-out compliance, and facility-related requirements.
  • Assist in streamlining Helpdesk workflows, maintenance tracking, and reporting processes to improve operational efficiency.
