JD for Engineering Manager TDM We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager Engineering Manager to lead manage and deliver complex technology solutions The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background proven experience in project delivery team management and stakeholder communication This role requires the ability to balance hands on technical oversight with leadership of cross functional teams Key Responsibilities Delivery Management Own end to end delivery of technical solutions as per scope timelines and quality standards Define and track project plans schedules risks and budgets Ensure alignment with business objectives and client expectations Team Leadership Manage mentor and motivate engineering teams developers testers DevOps etc Conduct regular one on ones performance reviews and skills development plans Foster a culture of continuous improvement innovation and accountability Stakeholder Management Act as the primary contact for customers partners and internal stakeholders Provide regular project status updates and escalate risks proactively Technical Oversight Guide architectural decisions code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices Collaborate on technical solutions including cloud APIs microservices and security aspects Process Excellence Implement and improve Agile Scrum DevOps practices within the team Drive automation CI CD adoption and operational excellence Required Skills Strong experience managing software development delivery and deployment preferably in Agile environments Sound knowledge of cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP microservices APIs DevOps tools Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical deliverables Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution skills Experience with project management tools e g JIRA Confluence MS Project Certifications on PMP Prince2 CSM SAFe AWS Azure architect will be an added advantage
Telecom domain knowledge is needed
Lead design and implementation of scalable, high-performance BSS/OSS components such as CRM, Order Management, Service Fulfilment, Assurance, Mediation, Billing, and Inventory systems.
Good to have Integration frameworks (ESB, MuleSoft TM Forum Open APIs).
Knowledge of TM Forum eTOM, SID, TAM frameworks.
