- hare the Digital Operations group’s vision, mission and strategy and communicating the actions needed to implement these; motivate people to commit.

- evelop GEC growth plans with input from the regional leadership and support strengthening and deepening the use of GEC operations in project execution.

- upport Digital Operation leadership to prepare short-term and annual workforce plans to identify the number and mix of staff required to meet the demand forecast, provide bi-weekly & monthly update on project billability, resource utilization, invoice status, resource onboarding to immediate supervisor.
