We’re Hiring: Engineering Manager – Platform

We are building a core internal platform that powers complex logistics, routing, and real-time operations at scale. This is not a typical CRUD system — it’s a high-performance system where data consistency, optimization, and scalability matter deeply.

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager (Platform) who can own execution end-to-end, lead a strong small team, and deliver impact in a high-responsibility environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Own delivery for a core platform domain from requirements → production
• Lead and mentor a small team of engineers (hands-on leadership required)
• Work deeply on backend architecture (Node.js, system design, scalable services)
• Design data models, workflows, and event-driven systems
• Optimize performance for real-time and search-heavy systems
• Collaborate with product & operations on complex real-world problems (routing, scheduling, logistics)

What We’re Looking For:

• 6–10+ years in backend/full-stack engineering
• 2+ years in engineering management or strong tech lead experience
• Strong backend experience (Node.js or similar)
• Solid system design & data modeling skills (MongoDB or similar)
• Experience owning production systems end-to-end

Strong Plus:

• Real-time / event-driven systems
• Search & indexing systems (Elastic, Atlas Search, etc.)
• Logistics / mobility / optimization experience
• Experience building internal platforms
