Engineering & Product Data Coordinator

We are a growing manufacturing company specializing in high-performance computer chassis and server solutions. We design, build, and ship from right here in Cache Valley, and our products are trusted by customers worldwide. We’re looking for an organized, detail-focused individual to help bridge the gap between engineering, sales, and production by keeping product data accurate and accessible.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), engineering drawings, and product documentation.
• Process Purchase Orders, noting special configurations or custom requirements.
• Manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and update product records.
• Coordinate with engineering to create or update designs, drawings, programs, etc.
• Web meeting liaison between internal engineering and b2b customers.
• Match customer requirements with off the shelf products or up-sell to custom solutions.
• Enter and update product data in our MRP and QuickBooks systems.
• Prepare and send quotes, price lists, renders, and proposals, to business customers.
• Work with Production Planning and Engineering to maintain due dates and calendar of customer projects.
• Coordinate internal teams and departments for customer success.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with manufacturing documentation, MRP/ERP systems, or CAD drawings is a plus.
• Ability to work cross-departmentally and handle multiple tasks at once.
• Comfort with both technical product details and customer communication.
