Production Support Engineer

Position Summary

We are seeking a Production Support Engineer to help advance our products and optimize our production processes. This role involves performing engineering analyses to ensure systems meet quality and safety requirements, collaborating with operators and management to troubleshoot and resolve production issues, and supporting the training of production team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Be the Engineering presence to support all production needs.
Ability to read a tape measure and understand engineering prints
Familiar with using engineering tools such as a micrometer and caliper.
Collaborate with the engineering team to identify, develop, and implement engineering improvement

projects.

Ensure installations, processes, and applications align with customer requirements as well as quality,

safety, and regulatory standards.

Assist in training new and existing production team members with production processes
Improve and streamline production processes, procedures, and workflows.
Assist the Safety team with Ergonomic Improvements for the Production team
Provide ongoing technical support to production personnel.
Assisting with Engineer Change Requests to support our Production and Vendor Quality teams
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education and Experience Requirements

2–4 years of experience in a production engineering or similar technical role.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline (preferred).
Proficiency in (SolidWorks/ AutoCAD).
