Job Overview:
The Customer Service will assist in managing and optimizing the operational processes within the company. This position requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail to ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day business activities.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Customer Service team, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
Assist with inventory management, order processing, and supply chain coordination.
Handle customer inquiries and coordinate the resolution of operational issues.
Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Process and track internal requests, ensuring all are completed in a timely manner.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the company’s operational systems.
Qualifications:
Fluent English speakers is a must (writing and verbs).
Bachelor’s degree is a must.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP or CRM software.
0-2 years of experience in an Customer Service.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
