About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated English Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will assist customers by providing information, solving problems, and ensuring a positive experience with our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries in English.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Follow up on customer requests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Record all customer interactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus (but not required).
  • Basic computer and typing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Positive attitude and team spirit.
