English Speaking Call Associate / Customer Support (Training Provided)

We Are Hiring English Speakers:

We are looking for confident English speakers who are comfortable talking to clients on the phone.

You will work on international projects such as healthcare appointment coordination, real estate outreach, and limousine dispatch support.

No specific software experience is required. We will train you on all systems.

If you can speak clear and professional English and are comfortable making or receiving phone calls, this could be a great opportunity for you.

What You Will Do:

• Speak with international clients in English
• Schedule appointments and follow up with customers
• Assist with dispatch coordination and customer communication
• Update customer information in the company software
• Work with a small team to support daily operations

Requirements:

We are mainly looking for people with strong spoken English.

You should have:

• Clear and confident English speaking skills
• Comfortable talking on the phone
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to learn new systems
• Reliable and professional attitude

Experience (Optional)

Previous experience in any of the following is helpful but not required:

• Call center
• Customer service
• Sales or appointment setting
• Dispatch or logistics
