English Teacher

Job Title: English Language Trainer.

Location: Alexandria, Egypt – Paradise Inn Group Hotels.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct tailored English language training sessions for employees across various hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage.
• Develop and deliver engaging, interactive lessons focused on real-life hospitality scenarios and role-playing exercises.
• Design customized training materials and activities suited to different proficiency levels.
• Assess employees’ English proficiency, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster confidence in verbal communication and improve pronunciation and fluency for guest interaction.
• Collaborate with HR and Department Heads to identify training needs and align programs with operational goals.
• Maintain accurate training records and provide progress reports to management.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an English Trainer, ESL Instructor, or Corporate Language Coach, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design creative and effective learning materials for adult learners.
• Patient, adaptable, and culturally aware, with a passion for teaching and professional development.
