Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and qualified English Teacher to join our school full-time. You will teach English language and literature, help students improve reading comprehension, grammar, and writing skills, and foster critical thinking through literary analysis. The role also includes mentoring students, holding parent-teacher meetings, and organizing extracurricular activities to support overall development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
• Teach grammar, sentence structure, and literary analysis.
• Guide students in reading comprehension and creative writing.
• Assign and assess projects, assignments, and exams.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions and monitor academic progress.
• Mentor students in debates, competitions, and extracurricular activities.
• Encourage active classroom participation and discussion.
• Attend workshops, meetings, and professional training sessions.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English Literature, Language, Arts, or a related field.
• Teaching certification or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience teaching English at middle or high school level.
• Excellent command of grammar, writing, and literary concepts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and the ability to create an engaging classroom environment.
• Ability to provide English language training sessions for hotel staff to help them communicate effectively with foreign clients.
